Panel 1:
- Visual: Chloe is sitting at her desk, trying to type. Buster walks by and drops a slobbery, half-chewed tennis ball directly onto her keyboard.
- Buster: “For you. We are bonded now.”
- Chloe: “Oh… thank you, Buster.”
Panel 2:
- Visual: Chloe walks into the breakroom to get coffee. She sees Cocoa completely curled up and asleep inside the empty, clean microwave (which is unplugged). Sarah is just casually making coffee next to her.
- Chloe: “Is the CEO… in the microwave?”
- Sarah: “It’s her favorite thinking spot. Just don’t turn it on.”
Panel 3:
- Visual: Chloe is in a meeting. Cocoa is sitting on the whiteboard ledge, aggressively chattering at a fly. The human executives are just ignoring it and continuing the presentation.
- Chloe: (Whispering to Dave) “Should we stop the meeting?”
- Dave: “No, she’s almost got it. Just wait.”
Panel 4:
- Visual: End of the day. Chloe is walking out of the office, looking slightly disheveled but smiling. She has a tennis ball in her pocket and a tiny bit of cat hair on her blazer. Cocoa is watching her leave from the window.
- Chloe (Thought Bubble): “It’s chaotic, it’s weird, but… I think I’m going to like it here.”
